We are grateful to you for giving us the opportunity to provide you with the services and products that you deserve. We pride ourselves in having a professional and talented team that strives for perfection. We guarantee our services and products, therefore, if for any reason you are not satisfied, please notify management and we will ensure your satisfaction.

All payments are accepted in form of cash, check or credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Debit Card). All prices after consultation are final and do not include tax and gratuity. Capture Salon is subject to change their prices without notice at the discretion of management. Contact our staff members for the most current pricing.

Cancellation of appointment(s) is to be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time, kindly give us ample notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

If a guest is dissatisfied with his/her service, we offer a complimentary correction at no additional charge to the client if scheduled within 7 days of the original appointment. Capture Salon does not offer refunds on services.

Capture Salon is not responsible for any lost or stolen items in or around the establishment, or for any damaged/soiled clothing during your services. Ask our staff members if there are any concerns before a service is performed. Please use good judgment upon your visit.
